The Paloma Valley High School baseball team improved its Sunbelt League record to 3-0 and its overall mark to 6-4 Thursday with a 9-1 victory over Perris in the first game of a league tripleheader at Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium.
Menifee schools are on spring break this coming week, but the Wildcats will be back in action in a few days. They face Kaiser on Wednesday in a Norco Tournament game. League play resumes April 7 at Heritage.
