5. Test rides highly encouraged.
6. Special order? No problem, why buy what we have in stock if it isn’t what you’re looking for?

8. Knowledgeable staff. If we don’t know the answer, we will find out. We know a lot, but humbly admit we don’t know everything.
9. Pay for an extended warranty? No way. If it’s our responsibility, we will gladly take care of the problem, no time limit.
