Provecho is always crafting crave worthy entrees and a fun and friendly atmosphere, but this Valentine’s Day they’re heating things up even hotter. Spend a romantic evening dining by candle light on a special menu made for two. Enjoy live music, a cozy ambiance and a three course menu all for just $45 per couple.
Dinner for two includes your choice of one appetizer to share, an entrée per person, a delectable dessert to share too, and a glass of champagne. Start your meal with a mouth-watering appetizers including; your choice of steak and cilantro empanadas filled with queso quesadilla and topped with chipotle, shredded beef or shredded chicken enchiladas, or queso fundido dip.
For the main event you’ll each have your choice of a thick cut bone-in ancho chile barbecue pork chop, rainbow trout stuffed with crab and topped with creamy Cajun shrimp, or a grilled achiote marinated chicken breast paired with garlic butter shrimp.
Finish the meal with a little something sweet such as the banana caramel xango, a creamy cheesecake type filled pastry rolled in cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with caramel. Or try Rosie’s famous homemade deep fried ice cream which is always a hit or be a little adventurous and order up the platanos diego, yummy sweet fried plantains.
