Each year that passes Provecho Grill in Menifee continues to express their utter gratitude and appreciation for their customers and community. This month Provecho celebrates the three-year mark.
Their restaurant boasts colorful décor and an even warmer atmosphere to match. As their customer base has grown, so has the love inside their establishment. Rarely without a full house Provecho has become a go-to restaurant for events, drinks, food, and even a quick take-out meal.
Not only have they expanded their menu offering but also their interior. They now boast a full bar complete with seating, so you can slip in and sip on one of their signature seasonal cocktails.
As the city of Menifee continues to grow, as a restaurant they are proud to help fuel the blossoming economy. All chef and owner Rosie O’Connor ever wanted to do was cook her food for people, but Provecho has become so much more than just a dining establishment. They are involved with their community and give back on a regular basis. As a small business they can truly feel the support of their city behind them.
It has become a place to celebrate life’s moments and they are glad to be apart of each and every one. Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, holidays, weddings, and engagements, life happens at Provecho.
“We are honored that our customers include us in their life ceremonies,” smiles O’Connor.
Their food has and will continue to be a vibrant fusion of authentic Mexican recipes with a modern twist. Melding together flavors and innovating new dishes, there is always something new to try at Provecho.
