MSJC Theatre Arts Department Holding Open Auditions

Mt. San Jacinto College Theatre Arts Department has announced that they are holding auditions for "Sonnets for an Old Century" by Jose Rivera.

The production requires a diverse cast of all ages and ethnicities. All are welcome and encouraged to audition. Those who are interested should prepared a one-minute monologue of any style, and may also be asked to read from the script.

Auditions will take place on Jan. 14 and Jan. 21, at 7 p.m., in room 207 of the Menifee Valley Campus.

If casted, enrollment in Theater Arts 201 is required.

Rehearsals will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Performances will run from April 16 to April 18 at 7:30 p.m. and on April 19 at 2 p.m. in the Menifee Lab Theatre, 200 Building.
