215 Freeway Lane and Ramp Closures are Coming

Lanes in both directions of the 215 Freeway between Scott Road and Nuevo Road will be affected each night this week, Nov. 3 through Nov 7, by construction crews working on the freeway widening project.

From 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., this Monday through Thursday and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Friday, lanes of the 215 will be closed, but no detours are expected since at least one lane will remain open in each direction.

The construction will also affect on-ramps and off-ramps. During this period of construction, the northbound 215 off-ramp for Ethanac Road, the northbound and southbound on-ramps and off-ramps for Scott Road, the southbound on-ramps and off-ramps for Newport Avenue, and the southbound Highway 74 east on-ramp and off-ramp will experience full closures.

All ramp closures will occur on the same night, however, ramps will not be closed at the same time. Short sections will be closed at one time.
