The Beer Hunter is adding a new chef and menu items just in time for the MLB playoffs!
Executive Chef Ozz Aceves has taken over The Beer Hunter menu and has added some new, modern items to the already satisfying menu.
Chef Ozz has been in the business for about 25 years. He has worked as an internal gourmet chef, working with foods from around the world, such as Greek, Mediterranean, Italian and Asian.
Cheff Ozz has brought in-house, made to order items, such as new appetizers, salads and pizzas. However, one of his favorite additions has an Asian twist new to The Beer Hunter.
The Poke Tuna features Chef Ozz’s very own ginger sauce. Layers of avocado, cucumbers, poke tuna, topped with wonton noodles. This item has become quite popular on menus recently, but it doesn’t compare to The Beer Hunter’s fresh ingredients and presentation.
A seared ahi tuna also makes an appearance on the reconstructed menu.
A Mexican version of a caesar salad is now on the menu, featuring romaine lettuce, avocado, cilantro, bacon, tortilla strips and cotija cheese, a mexican cheese similar to parmesan that is normally found on a caesar salad.
Appetizers hold a special place on The Beer Hunter menu, as they do on all sports bar menus. Wings are a typical item found, but Cheff Ozz’s baked wings in a house made buffalo sauce are tough to compete with.
Pastas and pizzas are also now on the menu. The pastas are dressed in house made sauces and the pizzas are made with hand tossed pizza dough.
Finding a beer to wash your food down is easier than ever. Chef Ozz’s new menu items go great with The Beer Hunter’s wide selection of beers on tap.
Don’t forget to visit The Beer Hunter every Sunday to watch football all day!
On football Sundays, between 9 and 11 a.m., you can skip your breakfast at home and eat at The Beer Hunter instead.
Feast on Chef Ozz’s new breakfast items, while watching NFL Sunday Ticket on any of The Beer Hunter’s 35 high definition tv screens.
Although the breakfast menu is small, it is sure to please!
Chef Ozz has added a breakfast burrito to the menu that is packed with potatoes, sausage, peppers, cheese, eggs and bacon.
Get your eggs any way you want, even inside of an omelet. Chef Ozz’s omelet features cilantro, chorizo, jalapenos and pepper jack cheese to really kick off your Sunday the right way.
Now with MLB playoffs in full swing, the NFL season just getting started and Chef Ozz bringing a better menu than ever before to the table, The Beer Hunter is an easy go to for all of your sports and food cravings!
Visit The Beer Hunter Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to last call and on Saturday and Sundays from 9 a.m. to last call.
