Aside from dishing up legendary food and drinks on a daily basis, Texas Roadhouse is also big on giving back to their community. For this reason they offer several fundraising options that are available to schools and organizations in their local area.
One option is a program called Dine to Donate, which has already worked to successfully support nearby schools, sports teams, Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure teams and other non-profits looking to raise money for their cause. These fundraising nights are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Texas Roadhouse location in Menifee.
The restaurant generously donates 10% of sales from the events total guest checks to the organization holding the fundraiser. They can work with the organization to create a custom flier, or they can design their own, to hand out to friends, family, and/or classes and group members. This flier acts as a ticket that they bring when they dine at Texas Roadhouse that lets the restaurant know to tally that check. After the event Texas Roadhouse will add up all the sales and send the organization a check for 10% of the total.
Another great way for organizations to raise funds without actually holding an event is through gift card fundraisers. Local organizations can take pre-orders for Texas Roadhouse gift cards, collect the money from the purchasers, and then tally the different denominations sold and notify the restaurant. They will then activate all the cards for that order and have them ready for pick-up. 10% of total sales from the gift cards goes directly back to the organization holding the fundraiser.
