Small Business Development Center Will Host Free Workshop

Menifee's Small Business Development Center will be hosting a free workshop on how to incorporate a small business.

The "Incorporating a Small Business" seminar is scheduled for Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will give an overview on how to complete the process.

Gary Foltz, an attorney for over 20 years with experience in helping entrepreneurs plan their businesses, will be providing details on how to organize your business structure. It will explain legal aspects, different types of corporations, and how to choose the best one for your needs.
