Starting today and running to Oct. 26, Provecho Grill is participating in the Inland Empire Restaurant Week competition. Restaurant week showcases a diverse style of eateries throughout the Inland Empire. Restaurants participating in the competition, offer special lunch and dinner menus at set prices.
The event was created to raise awareness for the culinary community of the Inland Empire and to drive business for the local restaurants participating in the event, which enhances the economic vitality of the Inland Empire. It also introduces customers to try restaurants that they normally wouldn't have patronized before.
Chef Rosie's bio: “Rosie O’Conner always knew she would be a chef. She inherited her passion for Mexican cooking from her father and her savvy for the restaurant business from her mother. Surrounded by the buzzing activity and comforting smells of her parent’s restaurants she knew at nine years old that she wanted that life for herself.
After working and studying for many years, Chef Rosie opened Provecho Grill in 2012 focusing on authentic regional Mexican dishes with her own twists. Every dish is crafted to take people on an adventure through the beautiful flavors and cultures of Mexico, and people have been enthused. Her success has convinced her that people want quality, flavorful, exciting Mexican food, which is no problem, that's exactly what she delivers.”
