Official Rules for the Menifee 24/7 Reader Contests

For readers who participate in our daily contests, here are the official rules:

Menifee Maze and Menifee Word Hunter:

Readers are allowed to submit one guess per day for each game. Guesses should be emailed to menifee247info@gmail.com.

Guesses posted as a comment on the Menifee 24/7 Facebook page will not be accepted.

Because of the volume of entries received, we respond only to the winning entry, which is posted on our website and Facebook page. The first email received with the correct answer is the winner.

When the winner responds to our email notification, he or she must reply with a home address so we can mail the gift certificate.

Winners are not eligible to enter again for 60 days.

Menifee Max:

The daily prize giveaways take place only on the Menifee 24/7 Facebook page. Max may appear at any time during the day or night.

Once Max announces the prize, readers have 15 minutes to leave any kind of comment to enter the drawing. At that time, one name is announced via random drawing. The person has five minutes to respond in a private message to Menifee Max. In most cases, we will need the person’s home address to mail the gift certificate.

If the name drawn does not message Max within five minutes, a new name is drawn and that person is no longer eligible to win that day.
