Applebee's Opens its Menifee Location Monday at 11 a.m.

The staff at the new Applebee's restaurant in the Newport Towne Center has completed training and served a select group of customers during its soft opener on Saturday. Everything is ready for the official opening of the restaurant doors Monday at 11 a.m.

Staffed by more than 100 employees -- most of them Menifee area residents who accepted the newly created jobs -- Applebee's offers a wide menu of food choices, a fully stocked bar, and sports events on TV screens throughout the restaurant. The dining area is decorated with photos and memorabilia representing Menifee's unique heritage.

Food will be served daily until midnight and the bar is open until 2 a.m. Applebee's is located just west of Haun Road on Newport Road. The parking lot fills up fast, so patrons are urged to leave themselves plenty of time for their dining experience. Takeout orders are also available.
