Roller skate your way to fitness at EPIC Rollertainment for only $5 a class beginning Monday, September 29!
Rollerskating hits all of your major muscle groups. During a class at EPIC Rollertainment, you'll work out your abdominal, core, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and inner thighs.
Skating is a fun, high energy way to get your cardio working to burn fat. Skip those crowded spinning classes or expensive Zumba classes and come work out with EPIC Rollertainment during an instructor led class Monday through Friday.
The $5 class fee includes rental skates as well as child supervision for children of all ages!
Skaters skating in the new EPIC Rollertainment fitness classes should feel comfortable skating around the rink with ease.
Those hoping to participate in the fitness classes, but are not confident in their skating skills should take lessons beforehand at any of EPIC Rollertainment's beginner or intermediate skating classes.
Skaters can use either four-wheel roller skates or roller blades; whichever the skater is most comfortable with so they can effectively work out!
Get your practice in between classes at any of the other EPIC Rollertainment open skating sessions on any day of the week.
Have the family join in on all of the active fun during the Saturday Morning Zoo session for ages 10 and under or during $6 Family Night sessions every Thursday night.
Make it a date during adult skate sessions coming at new times beginning in October.
EPIC Rollertainment's new schedule for October comes with plenty of exciting changes, including an extended Adult Skate on Saturday nights, as well as Sunday Inspirational Skate sessions featuring uplifting music.
