A Menifee man and two others were arrested on drug charges Friday, Aug. 15 following the search warrant of a residence in Menifee, police said.
Arthur Pritchard, 47, was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, and being a felon in possession of ammunition.
Deputies assigned to the Menifee Police Department Special Enforcement Team served the narcotics-related search warrant at a residence on the 23400 block of Casa Bonita Avenue. During their search of the residence, deputies located multiple subjects who were under the influence of a controlled substance and also in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia.
In addition, Pritchard was found to be in possession of a firearm and ammunition he is prohibited from possessing. Further investigation revealed he was also operating a "Honey Oil Lab", as he was actively extracting concentrated cannabis.
Two others were also arrested and booked at the Southwest Detention Center for for possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. They are Michael Fairfax, 34, of Murrieta and Patrick Sanders, 50, of Palm Desert.
