'Bag of Books for a Buck' Event Returns to Sun City Library

Friends of the Sun City Library will sponsor a "Buy a Bag of Books for a Buck" sale on Saturday, Aug. 16 at the library, located at 26983 Cherry Hills Blvd.

The event will take place in the community room from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Customers pay just $1 for as many books as you can fit into a shopping bag (provided by the library). You can purchase as many $1 bags as you wish.

Books have been donated to the Friends of the Sun City Library by local residents. There is a wide selection. Proceeds are spent on the programs, circulation and equipment for the library.
