Perris Man Accused of Sexual Abuse of Children

A Perris man was arrested July 10 on suspicion of sexual abuse of children and distribution of child pornography, police said today.

Mark David Wade, 36, was arrested at an address on Ironwood Lane in Perris after local police assisted the FBI in serving a federal search warrant. Information from the investigation indicated more than one sexual assault had occurred.

Wade is accused of child annoying and oral copulation with a minor under the age of 10. He also faces federal charges for the distribution of child pornography. Wade was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on $1 million bail.
