The first of four workshops regarding business opportunities for veterans in Riverside County will be held June 23 in Perris.
The event, titled "Doing Business with Riverside County," is sponsored by The Veteran Force, an organization that seeks to end veteran homelessness and unemployment. A contracts compliance officer from Riverside County will discuss how veterans can win contracts to do business in the county.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to noon at the Caesar Chavez Library, 163 E. San Jacinto Avenue in Perris. For more information, see the group's website.
