Officers responded at 6:52 p.m. to the report of a robbery at the business, located in the 2500 block of North Perris Boulevard. According to witnesses, the suspect brandished a black handgun at employees and demanded money from a cash register. He fled westbound on foot, police said.
Officers located a subject nearby that matched the description of the suspect and detained him for further investigation. Officers also located a replica handgun and clothing items matching those worn by the suspect during the robbery.
Andrew Zaragoza Lowe, 28, was arrested for robbery and booked at Southwest Detention Center.
