The Riverside County Coroner's Office has identified the victim of a drowning Wednesday in Lake Perris as Jario Hidalgo, 44, of Hemet.
Hidalgo's body was found submerged in lake water about 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, according to the coroner's report. There are no suspicious circumstances and the investigation is ongoing.
The man was transported to Kaiser Hospital in Moreno Valley, where he was pronounced dead at 4:52 p.m.
