Property Next to Fire Station is Planned as ARCO Station

The property recently fenced off on the northeast corner of Newport Road and Menifee Road is the site of a proposed ARCO gas station and AM/PM minimart.

Jeff Wyman, director of economic development for the City of Menifee, said the project is going through the development process and has not yet been approved.
