Provecho Grill is gearing up for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner on Friday, February 14. With an impressive set menu that will feature three courses all for only $40 per couple*, it will not only be a special evening but also very affordable.
The restaurant will feature a romantic ambiance for the evening with candle lit tables and romantic music playing in the background. Local artists will be showcasing Valentine’s Day inspired pieces which will also be available for purchase.
Sip on drink specials including watermelon margaritas, strawberries and cream daiquiris, and other sweet selections.
Choose from three delicious appetizers to share. Begin your meal with the steak and cilantro empanadas which are always a favorite, filled with queso and topped with chipotle sauce, sour cream, avocado sauce and pico de gallo. Or the chicken flautas feature crispy flour rolled chicken taquitos topped with Mexican cream and avocado sauce. Or start with the calamari fries, panko crusted calamari served over papas bravas, topped with green onion and served with a side of chipotle sauce.
Then select an entrée each from the pork chop, Pescado Guerito, or the Oaxaca.
-The thick cut bone-in pork chop is served atop a bed of Mexican potatoes and smothered with ancho chile barbecue sauce and a side veggie medley drizzled with chipotle sauce and topped with bacon crumbles.
-The Pescado Guerito is a grilled basa fish served on a bed of peppers and onions, topped with two yellow chiles stuffed with grilled chipotle shrimp and drizzled with a creamy Cajun sauce.
-The Oaxaca is a grilled achiote chicken breast served with grilled onions, bell peppers and tomatoes and paired with a queso con rajas tamale.
