The juvenile accused of murdering his half brother Terry Smith Jr. in Menifee this past summer remains in custody in the Southwest Detention Center following another delay in court hearings.
Skylor Atilano, 17, appeared in court today but his case was continued once again, apparently for the same reason as the last delay. The prosecution reportedly requested more time to consider evidence.
Atilano's next court date will be Feb. 10, 2014.
