Advertorial Supplement:
As we have come to expect from Provecho Grill, just as the seasons change, so does their appetite-inspiring menu. For the colder months, they have added some tummy-warming favorites that will make you feel right at home.
Beginning with the Maryland style crab melt, this toasty sandwich is filled with melted goodness. Fresh crab is melted with pepper jack and cheddar cheese between two thick pieces of Texas toast and grilled to perfection. Served with a side of Mexican coleslaw in a chipotle dressing and seasoned fries, this is sure to be a menu favorite.
Created and inspired by Bosses Day, Chef and Owner Rosie O’Connor came up with her dream burger, appropriately named the El Jefe Burger. This ¾-pound certified Angus beef patty is piled high with Applewood bacon, homemade ancho barbecue sauce, pineapple salsa, habanero jack cheese, and lettuce on a grilled Telera roll and topped with a pickle. Served with a side of seasoned fries, this monstrous burger will satiate even the hungriest appetite.
The El Sancho is another quickly loved favorite. Starting with a foot long 100 percent certified Angus beef hotdog this Mexican style dog is then loaded with crispy Applewood bacon, pico de gallo, lettuce, aioli, jalapenos, and chipotle sauce and served atop papas bravas for an entrée that is seriously big enough to share.
In addition to offering dishes comprised of top quality meats and ingredients, Provecho is always conscious to cater to their vegetarian customers as well. The new Queso Con Rajas is a vegetarian tamale made from fire roasted pasello peppers, roasted corn, and Mexican cheese and topped with pico de gallo.
“We like to offer different variations to give vegetarians more options,” says O’Connor.
