Historical Assn. Program Looks at History of Menifee Schools

Members of the Menifee Valley Historical Association will present a program about the history of schools in Menifee at the group's meeting this Saturday, Nov. 16, 9:30 a.m. at the Rural Center, 31850 Haun Road.

Jennie Smith, Sharon Johnson and Sue Moore will present "Menifee Schools: A Closer Look," giving a unique perspective on local schools from the 1960s to present times, as experienced by a student, a parent and a teacher. They will cover the topics of teaching, recreation, traditions and other topicds..
