Boys & Girls Club Volunteer Meeting Set for Saturday

Organizers of the newly created Menifee Valley Boys & Girls Club will host a special meeting this Saturday, Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. for those who are interested in serving as volunteers.

The meeting will take place at the club's new facility, located in the vacant Menifee Elementary School on Garbani Road east of Murrieta Road. The club will begin operations at this location by the first of the year and is need of volunteers to help staff the facility.

"We will make initial introductions, gather information and provide volunteer packets," said Bill Zimmerman, a member of the club's Board and Volunteer Committee. "Attendees will also get a 'sneak peek' campus tour of the new facility,"
