Temecula police are still looking for a man who carjacked a vehicle from a woman Monday night by threatening her with a weapon.
According to police, a Murrieta woman was waiting to pick up her child from soccer practice at Birdsall Park when a man opened the passenger door, brandished a weapon and told her to get out of the car. She complied and the man drove off. The woman was not injured.
The suspect was described as a black male adult with an approximate age of 20-25. He stood at an approximate height of 5-foot-6 and had a thin build. He wore a dark colored baseball cap, was clean shaven, wore a white pullover shirt and baggy pants. The victim’s vehicle was described as a white 2013 Mazda CX5 (SUV).

ReplyDeleteNo way! Let them have the car. Having a kill switch will only irritate them and force a confrontation. A car can be replaced, a life can't.
