Menifee residents came out in greater numbers on Saturday to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the city's incorporation at the Menifee Birthday Bash at Mt. San Jacinto College.
Bill Gould of Full Value Entertainment served as Master of Ceremonies and addressed guests from a large stage, on which the band Cloud performed throughout the afternoon and evening. Food and craft vendors and local businesses set up tents across the MSJC parking lot, giving guests a variety of activities and exposure to the lifestyle of Menifee.
Fans were entertained by bike tricks at the Gale Webb Extreme Sports Show and children enjoyed an activity tent in which several games and crafts areas were available. There were jumpers for the kids and entertainment for everyone.
The event was sponsored by the City of Menifee and Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Children play on a life-sized Candy Land game board inside the fun zone tent. |
