She is continually coming up with new entrée ideas, specials of the month, authentic inspired dishes, and custom created menus for a catered creation that ensures a truly personalized event.
Provecho catered a beautiful September wedding with ease. Handling every last detail including designing and printing the custom menus and labels, creating a memorable presentation of food for 250 guests, and even setting up and taking down the tables and chairs, they ensured this wedding was absolutely breathtaking.
Most recently, Provecho Grill provided the catering for the Menifee Mayor’s Ball, serving 150 people a deliciously classy menu. Beginning with shrimp cocktail, bruschetta, steak and cilantro empanada turnovers, and a fresh fruit and cheese presentation, the night was off to a good start. The special Mayor’s Ball menu included Chardonnay chicken, ancho chile barbecue pork, rigatoni with a basil marinara, grilled vegetables, and fresh brioche rolls with butter.
