A motorcyclist died Saturday night when he lost control of his bike and crashed into a brick wall alongside Haun Road in Menifee, according to Riverside County Sheriff's deputies and the Coroner's Office.
Vincent Longoria, 36, of Lynwood was traveling north on Haun Road just before 8:30 p.m. when he left the paved roadway and lost control of his motorcycle, according to investigators. His bike crashed into a brick wall surrounding a cell phone tower in an open field.
Longoria, who was wearing a helmet, died at the scene of the accident, just south of Holland Road. No other vehicles were involved.
