The Menifee Police Department announced tonight that four Menifee men were arrested this week on a variety of charges following a parole compliance check.
The four local residents arrested after compliance checks conducted by the department's Special Enforcement Team were:
Frank Villegas, 38 -- Violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jesse Villegas, 38 -- Under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting or delaying a peace officer in the performance of their duty.
Peter Solorio, 27 -- Parole violation, under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Albert Blue, 37 -- Parole violation, possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
According to police, the goal of this operation is to verify that persons released from custody are complying with the terms of their release, and are not engaging in any additional criminal activity.
All subjects arrested were booked into the Southwest Detention Center.
