Advertorial Supplement:
Elevate Fitness is more than just a gym. They are more than just trainers, and they do more than just help individuals with their physical health. As a team of fitness experts, Elevate knows that part of getting healthy and staying that way is attributed to eating right.

Whether the goal is to maintain your optimum weight or drop down a couple sizes, each can only be accomplished through a combination of exercise and eating healthy. At Elevate Fitness, each personal trainer works to create a workout regimen that meets the client’s needs and then pairs that with a plan for healthy eating as well. They will not only coach you through your workouts, but also in your eating habits and how to change them for the better.

With the main goal to help more people live happy and healthy lives, Elevate Fitness has teamed up with several local restaurants to offer Elevate approved healthier dining options. Provecho Grill is proud to offer the Elevate salad, which has quickly become a very popular menu item at their restaurant.

“It’s healthy but still full of flavor,” assures Provecho chef and owner, Rosie O’Connor.

The salad combines tender marinated chicken with lots of fresh summer vegetables, including yellow and summer squash, avocado, and romaine lettuce. It’s a no dressing salad, which cuts down on calories, and instead uses pico de gallo and queso fresco for flavor. So you can continue to eat healthy through out the summer, all the while maintaining that beach ready body.

Elevate owner and trainer Paul David also worked with the Breakfast Club of Menifee to create the Elevate Power Breakfast. Packed full of protein, this healthy breakfast options assures you enough energy to take on the day. This entree option includes eggs scrambled with spinach, red onion, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and asparagus and is served with a side of fresh fruit. “At approximately 590 calories, it’s a great healthy option,” says Breakfast Club of Menifee owner, Stu Blaze.

Elevate continues to reach out to the community in creative ways to help people live healthier lifestyles. Give them a call and start changing your life today.
