Lake Elsinore Police arrested a Murrieta man on two counts of robbery, according to police.
Kale Ryan Hardwick, 24, has been identified as the suspect in two separate robberies that occurred on July at two businesses located in Lake Elsinore.
At approximately 5:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 31000 block of Mission Trail in Lake Elsinore for a robbery.
Investigation revealed a person approached the clerk, stuck his left hand in his jacket as to simulate a hand gun, and demanded the clerk to give him all the money. The clerk cooperated by giving the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled the business.
At approximately 7:20 p.m., more than two hours after the first robbery call, officers were dispatched to a business in the 32000 block of Mission Trail for yet another robbery call.
The suspect in this case matched the description received in the first robbery. The method in which the suspect carried out the crime also matched the description as the first.
The suspect was located at a business in the 20000 block of Malaga Road and had evidence in his possession linking him to the robberies.
Kale Ryan Hardwick, 24 years old, and a resident of the city of Murrieta, was arrested for two counts of robbery, and was transported to Southwest Detention Center.
