Menifee Police are seeking multiple suspects who fled the scene of a burglary and assault in the 26000 block of Hanford Street Friday afternoon.
According to a police report, officers responded to the location about 4 p.m. on a report of a residential burglary. They reported that the suspects had fled the location in an unknown direction.
The investigation revealed the victim returned to her residence and interrupted an in-progress burglary. As the suspects fled the location, the victim was forced to the ground and suffered minor injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
