Perris Police are investigating as a double homicide an incident Friday night in which two men were found dead of gunshot wounds and a third was wounded.
At 10:15 p.m., according to the police report, officers from the Perris Police Department responded to reports of a shooting inside a residence in the 300 block of Flicker Way in Perris. Officers arrived and located three shooting victims. One adult male was located in the front yard, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Two additional adult males were located inside the residence deceased.
Investigators from the Perris Police Department and the Riverside Sheriff's Department Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The identification of the victims is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
