Arts Council Menifee, a 501c3 non-profit organization, will sponsor this event for the third time. Performers will include singers, musicians, dancers, a jazz trio, piano soloists and more. Last year's winners, guitarist JR Reed and singer Sonja Prince, will be in attendance.
