Customer Service Expert Olsen to Speak at NAFE Event

Joanna Olsen, an expert in customer relations, will be the featured speaker May 8 at the monthly meeting of the National Association of Female Executives.

The meeting, headed by NAFE Regional Coordinator Robbie Motter, will be a luncheon held at Boston Billie's Restaurant, 26850 Cherry Hills Blvd., in the Sun City community of Menifee.

Joanna will share how many of her clients have been able to increase their profits when they focus on their customers' expectations.

Olsen is the founder and managing partner of Olsen Global Consulting, LLC. She has more than 25 years of client experience in Europe, Asia and the Americas, providing Customer Relationship Management expertise for clients in sales and service optimization. She will share valuable information on customer relationship management and developing comprehensive innovative solutions that improve profits.

Olsen has recently relocated to Menifee.
