I-215 Freeway Lane Closures for Widening Project Announced

Officials of the Interstate 215 Central Project have announced several freeway closures in the area over the next week as crews work to widen the freeway:

Sunday, April 7, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.:
Freeway lane closures northbound I-215 between SR-74/Redlands Avenue and Nuevo Road.

Sunday, April 7 through Thursday, April 11, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. each night:
Freeway lane closures southbound I-215 between Nuevo Road and SR-74/Redlands Avenue.

Freeway lane closures southbound I-215 between Ethanac Road and Scott Road.

Southbound I-215 D Street off-ramp full closure.

Southbound I-215 Nuevo Road on-ramp full closure.

Detours will not be necessary for most closures because one lane will remain open.
