Since day one of starting their business Crazy Rebels has made it their mission to help animals and contribute to local causes. Having donated and partaken in many rescue related events already, they were happy to add nearby Animal Friends of the Valleys to their scope of giving back.
Over the weekend Animal Friends of the Valleys hosted their 10th annual Wines for Canines and Fido Fashion Show fundraiser, affording Crazy Rebels the opportunity to be involved in more than one way. Crazy Rebels donated one of their hand drawn custom commissioned portraits to the silent auction, which helped to bring in over $10,000 in total.
Animal Friends of the Valleys orchestrates a foster program, which allows families to host dogs that need a little extra love and care until they can be adopted. Crazy Rebels owners, Jesse Shane and Lauren Johnson, welcome these foster dogs into their home to provide them with a lot of love and a happy place to stay. Their current foster dog, a Doberman named Snoop, walked in the Fido Fashion show showing off a Crazy Rebels dog hoodie and studded collar.
"Fostering shelter dogs is just a small way we can help make a difference," shares Shane, "We have an endless amount of love for dogs, so bringing these homeless animals into our home and showing them how awesome life can be is something we will always be passionate about."
Crazy Rebels is not only committed to offering the highest quality dog gear and custom art for the dog lover, but to helping as many dogs as they possibly can, in any way they possibly can. Are you connected to a local shelter or non-profit? Crazy Rebels would love to help you too, email them at woof@crazyrebels.com.
