Traffic on the northbound Interstate 215 through Menifee was brought to a standstill Tuesday morning because of a four-car collision with one person trapped inside a vehicle.
The accident occurred about 7:45 a.m. just north of the McCall Blvd. exit, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
