If you want to catch a glimpse of the first marketplace ever constructed in the Menifee area, head on over to the Sun City Shopping Center at the intersection of Bradley Road and Cherry Hills Blvd. Built in the early 1960s as part of Del Webb's planned retirement community, it's still there, home to some thriving businesses.
