Local Pet Microchipping Event Set for Today in Winchester

For some reason or another, when it rains dogs tend to get antsy, resulting in lots and lots of missing pups. A great way to ensure your dogs stay safe and sound and are easily returned should they ever get out is to have them microchipped.

Today, Jan. 12, Dog Gone Microchipping will be providing a low cost microchipping option at the Pet Place adoption event at Horizon Pet Shop in the Winchester Stater Bros parking lot from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pet Place is dedicated to placing permanently lost furbabies with loving families, with the ultimate mission to discourage puppy mills. Together, fellow pet lovers can help keep family pets safe by microchipping them and keeping proper identification and collars on them at all times.
