Riverside County firefighters contained to the garage a residential fire reported Wednesday afternoon in Menifee.
The fire was reported at 1:06 p.m. in the 29500 block of Painted Desert Drive, fire officials said. Aggressive action by firefighters contained the fire by 1:15. No injuries were reported and no residents were displaced.
Firefighters reported seeing smoke coming from the exterior of a two-story, single family dwelling when they arrived. Cause of the fire is under investigation.
