The Mt. San Jacinto College Menifee Jazz Ensemble will pay tribute to the music of legendary bandleader Count Basie Thursday and Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the college's Menifee campus, located at 28237 La Piedra Road.
Performances will take place in the Menifee Lab Theatre, rooms 207 and 208. Guests are advised to arrive 20-30 minutes early because seating is limited. Admission is $10 ($9 with SGA sticker/card). To make reservations, call 951-639-5790.
The band is made up of students and community members. The program is part of an ongoing concert schedule.
