Being open seven days a week just wasn’t enough for Provecho Grill. They wanted to ensure their authentic cuisine was available any time anyone wanted. So they started offering a catering menu and, soon-to-be, taco cart.
Dozens of local businesses and private parties have already enjoyed Rosie’s home-cooked Mexican fare at their gatherings. Coming up with fun ideas such as taco parties, cocktail style appetizer samplings, finger food festivities, and full service buffets are just a few of the amenities Provecho also offers.
Their catering options can accommodate a small get together or large-scale party with platters to feed a few or a full-on crowd. The al a carte style menu allows customers to select exactly what they would like, to create a custom event menu.
Fiesta platters can include Provecho’s Signature Fajitas, Steak Picado, Chili Colorado, or Chili Verde. The small size tray can feed up to about 20 people and the large tray will feed from 35 to 40 hungry guests. Trays of enchiladas are available in a variety of traditional options like cheese, beef, chicken, and chili Colorado or Verde.
Appetizer platters feature taquitos, flautas, tamales, and cheese chili rellenos with optional sides such as rice, beans, chips, guacamole, and salsa.
For ultimate convenience, catered orders can be picked up at the restaurant, or delivered and set up at a private residence or destination for a per person price.
The restaurant itself is available to rent out for large parties and private events, and can feature a buffet, live music and even a DJ.
