Hospice of the Valleys Plans 'Caring Series'

Hospice of the Valleys will present a four-part series of interesting and interactive sessions about caring for yourself and aging loved ones. The Care Series will take place on consecutive Wednesdays, Aug. 1, 8, 15 and 22 from 10-11 a.m. at the Sun City Library, 26982 Cherry Hills Blvd., Sun City.

Schedule for the sessions:

Week 1: Communicating with Alzheimer's patients

Week 2: Floral arrangement. Take time to care for yourself by creating a beautiful vase of flowers you can take home and enjoy.

Week 3: Medicare made simple

Week 4: Patient care options
