Today’s sweet face belongs to a young puppy named Rocket. He is a very happy dog and would make a wonderful family pet, come meet him and other furry adoptable friends seven days a week at Sun City K9.
Adoptable pet of the week, Rocket.
Name: Rocket
Breed: Terrier mix
Age: 5 months
Gender: Male, neutered
Temperament: Rocket is a little shy at first but very inquisitive more so than fearful. After he warms up to new people, all he wants to do is play. He gets along well with the other small dogs at Sun City K9 and enjoys running around the yard with other little guys his size.
He is still just a puppy so he can be socialized with children and different environments. Because he has spent most of his puppy life outside at the rescue, he is not yet house trained.
Rocket’s story: Rocket was another sad stray, wandering around Menifee with no place to go. He now waits patiently at the kennel hoping a happy loving family will come take him home.
