As we move through the Official Hamburger month of May, uncovering Menifee’s favorite places to pick up a well-topped patty, we came across Provecho Grill’s best (un) kept secret.
While the Provecho burger is not on their actual printed menu, it is quickly becoming a secret menu favorite at this new neighborhood restaurant. Combining classic flavors with an authentic Mexican twist this infamous burger packs quite a punch.
Beginning with a grilled ¾ pound Angus patty this special creation is placed on a perfectly toasted Hawaiian bun and then topped with caramelized onions, mild pasilla peppers, queso fresco, jack & cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and chipotle sauce.
Instead of the ordinary French fry side, this delightfully different burger is served with crispy papas bravas (Rosie’s delicious seasoned potatoes) and a spicy homemade chipotle dipping sauce. This might just be the best celebration of Hamburger month yet.
Recently acquiring their liquor license, Provecho now proudly offers a satisfying happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. What better burger accompaniment than an ice-cold beer of the week or perhaps a refreshing margarita?
Each week features a new beer on special; the week of May 21st through May 27th is offering Budweiser for only $2.00 all day any day. And Coors Light is on tap and always just $2.00 during happy hour, no matter what week you wander in.
Classic margaritas are a mere $3.00 every day during happy hour, or upgrade to a sensational strawberry margarita for only .50 cents more. The house sangria is especially made for your sipping pleasure and pairs well with one of Rosie’s signature appetizers.
Provecho Grill promises a warm welcome, the most authentic fresh meal, and the utmost of service experiences. The ever present “We’ll be back,” can be heard as consistently satisfied patrons exit their favorite restaurant.

ReplyDeleteHusband and I went to Provecho Grill last night - both tried the burger - FABULOUS! Best burger in Sun City/Menifee! First time in our 23 years here that we could rave about a dish that was cooked and served up locally! We'll be back!!
ReplyDeleteLove Love this place Rosie the owner/chef what a sweetheart cares about every thing she sends out of her kitcen. I've had there burger the best and the potatoes delish can't wait to have another one! And the other food is great. Rosie"s so generous giving back to the community she's donated food to help uot hungry and needy such a bleesing.Thanks Rosie, I'm going ther for lunch today and have a hambuger.
