Elevate Fitness Studio and Canyon Lake Triathlon Club Team Up

Interested in getting involved in Triathlons? Elevate Fitness Studio has partnered up with Canyon Lake Triathlon Club. Elevate Fitness Studio will be the official Training center for the Canyon Lake Triathlon Club, offering Recovery & Flexibility workouts to monthly research related to Conditioning for Triathlons.

Canyon Lake Triathlon Club offers weekly group swims, bikes and/or runs. Updates will be posted on both the Canyon Lake Triathlon Club and Elevate Fitness Studio facebook pages.

Located in Menifee, CA, Elevate Fitness Studio incorporates an all-inclusive approach to fitness utilizing certified professional trainers creating customized exercise plans tailored to each person's needs.  Owner, Paul David, has a degree in Exercise Physiology and a 19-year background in health club management and personal training.
