California State University San Marcos at Temecula (CSUSM-T) and MSJC will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to increase the transfer rate of MSJC students to CSUSM-T by providing a clear pathway for transfer admission to baccalaureate programs. In essence, the MOU will guarantee university admission to transfer students to increase the college-going rate within the local district and strengthen existing articulation efforts between MSJC and CSUSM-T.

San Jacinto College (MSJC) President Dr. Roger Schultz, and other champions for improving university accessibility for Southwest Riverside County youth will be meeting on Wednesday, January 18th at 3 p.m. to enact this MOU.
