In the days before Christmas nothing makes your heart sink more than arriving to a store only to discover they are SOLD OUT of what your are looking for.
However, the exact opposite is true of arriving at Sun City K9 Adoptions to find nearly empty kennels. The heart does a little dance in delight, just knowing so many homeless pets found warm homes for the holidays and beyond.
Sun City K9 has had a wonderful month. With very few animals left in their possession, they are so very happy and thankful to the community for choosing to adopt furry friends to give as gifts.
There are several dogs remaining who are still looking for forever homes, in specific a little black and white rat terrier with a doggie heart of pure gold.
Adoptable pet of the week, Alfredo.
Name: Alfredo
Breed: Rat terrier mix
Age: 4 years
Gender: Male, neutered
Temperament: Alfredo is a very well behaved little gentleman. He is exceedingly sweet natured and obedient. He loves other dogs and even cats and gets along well with all animals. His docile demeanor ensures he will make a good companion for family members of all ages.
Alfredo's story: Alfredo comes from a very caring home. Sadly, his owner has a stroke last month and could no longer care for him so he was brought into Sun City K9. He now patiently waits for a friendly face to find him and take him home.
